Formerly, Executive Vice President, The Home Group; Director - Financial Services Corporate Staff, ITT Corp; Vice President, USLIFE Corp. and President of USLIFE's mutual fund subsidiary; Vice President, The Glens Falls Group and the National Life Assurance Company of Canada. Mr. Moat is a member of the New York Bar Association. He is an extensive writer, speaker, and expert witness on insurance topics. Mr. Moat serves on the Board of Directors of both the Frontier Insurance Group and the Insurance Federation of New York.

Stephen Gray, President, has over twenty years of experience in insurance and financial services. Prior to Acquiring The Manhattan Group, Mr. Gray was a senior officer of Summit Global Partners. His background and experience include the creation, acquisition and sale of insurance, brokerages and agencies; valuation of insurance entities and development of strategic and financial plans. He has been a senior officer and director of several insurance companies and acted as a troubleshooter to eliminate problem areas within insurance entities. Mr. Bickford has over thirty years experience in insurance legal practice including property, casualty, and life insurance as well as commercial regulatory and financial law. Formerly, he was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the New York Insurance Exchange; Secretary and Counsel, USLIFE Corp; and in private practice. A specialist in insurance corporate law, he has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring insurance mergers and acquisitions.
